Most builders hand you off to a separate contractor after design. We don't. The same team that designs your home builds it, which means fewer miscommunications and faster problem-solving on site.
Lot sourcing, construction financing, permit management, warranty coverage, and post-build maintenance. Most contractors stop at the build. We stay involved before and after.

Most custom home builds in our service area take between 18 and 24 months from design through to completion, depending on complexity, size, and permit timelines. We give you a realistic timeline at the proposal stage and manage the build to it, keeping you updated if permits or site conditions shift the schedule.
Every custom home is priced to its own scope — lot, square footage, finishes, and site conditions all move the number, so a single figure would be misleading. After a discovery call and site review, we give you a detailed, transparent quote built around your project. Book a free consultation and we will walk you through what yours would involve.
