    A free consultation to understand your project, your property, and your goals. A real conversation about what is possible and what it takes.

  2. Research & Lot Search

    Before design begins, we do the homework: lot search for new builds, plus zoning, permit eligibility, and ADU feasibility for your property. You learn what is actually buildable before spending on drawings.

  3. Design & Planning

    We develop the design, prepare permit drawings, and build a full project plan with timeline and budget. You approve before anything moves forward.

  4. Permits & Financing

    We handle permit applications and coordinate with the municipality. For new builds, we can also support construction financing and mortgage closing.

  5. Construction

    We manage full construction, coordinating trades, scheduling inspections, and keeping you updated. One point of contact from start to finish.
