About EverOak
Built on the belief that this should be done properly
EverOak is a family-run design-build company. We build custom homes, handle renovations, and construct ADUs across Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga, with one team on the project from the first design conversation through to handover and the years after.
Why EverOak exists
EverOak started because of a gap in how residential construction was being handled in this part of the GTA. Homeowners were getting passed between designers and contractors who had never worked together. Budgets shifted mid-project with no explanation. Builds came in looking nothing like the plan, and the people doing the work were not the ones accountable for the result.
We set out to do it the other way. EverOak is family-run, which means the people you talk to at the start are the same people answerable for how it finishes. There is no sales team handing you to a project manager you have never met. You know who is responsible for your home, and they know your project in detail.
The company is run day to day by its founders, who came up through the design and construction side of the trade. They started EverOak to build the way they always wanted to: small enough to stay accountable, organized enough to be trusted with a decision this size.
One team, the whole way through
We are a design-build company, which means design and construction are not two separate jobs handed to two separate firms. They are one process run by one team. The design is developed with the real cost and sequence already known, so when a question comes up during the build, the people answering it are the same people who drew the space. No handoffs, no reinterpretation, no avoidable surprises.
Our scope starts earlier than most builders and ends later. We help clients find lots. We support construction financing. We draw the permits and manage the approvals. We run every trade on site. And once the keys change hands, we stay reachable for maintenance and support. Most contractors are finished the day a project closes. We are not.

What it is like to work with us
-
We dealt with the same two people from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Nobody got handed off, and nothing got lost along the way.
-
They told us upfront what our budget could and could not do, then held to it. That kind of honesty is rare in this business.
-
Three years on, we still call them when something needs attention, and they still pick up.
