A custom home in Burlington’s Brant neighbourhood, finished throughout in a warm, contemporary palette. The open main floor pairs light oak floors with a custom kitchen anchored by a walnut-panelled island in white stone, flowing to a family room with a gas fireplace and built-ins. Upstairs are four bedrooms, including a bright primary suite with a freestanding-tub ensuite. The 1,200 sq ft lower level is set up as a self-contained suite, with its own kitchenette and a private walkout.

A custom home in Burlington’s Roseland neighbourhood, finished in a bright, contemporary style. The open main floor centres on a white kitchen with a waterfall-edge quartz island, flowing to a living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows onto the treetops, connected by a white-oak open-riser staircase with a glass railing. Upstairs, three bedrooms include a primary with a tray ceiling and a spa-style ensuite. The finished lower level adds a fourth bedroom and a bright lounge.

The original bathroom was a builder-grade layout: a drop-in tub, a curtained shower stall, and an almond vanity under dated finishes. We took it back to the studs and rebuilt it as a walk-in wet space — a glass shower clad in vertical green tile with brass trim, a full-height walnut storage tower, a dark vanity with a quartz top and brass fixtures, and large-format marble-look floor tile.
